Shipping Policy

For now, we ship to addresses within the United States. We are not able to offer international shipping just yet.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. That is the little window we take to prepare your order with care before it heads off to the carrier.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• During busy stretches, processing may take a little longer.

We ship using USPS and UPS. The carrier depends on package size, destination, and what service is available.

Delivery estimates appear at checkout, though they are not guaranteed, since they follow carrier timelines.

Every order includes tracking.

• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
• Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.

No tracking email? Peek in your spam folder, then reach out and we will help.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:

• Check with neighbors or your local post office first.
• If it still does not turn up, contact us and we will help track it down.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to change an address once an order has been processed, and we cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
