I believe life is made beautiful when we allow self-care, creativity, and authenticity to flow together. My own path has been shaped through years of healing, teaching, and creating. First as a Registered Nurse, and later as a Reiki Master, Interfaith Minister, and Artist. 

For many years, I lived cautiously, keeping my passions and callings in separate spaces. But at this halfway point in my life, I’ve chosen to step fully into a new chapter. One where all the pieces of me belong. The Gracewell Studio is the home of that integration: a place where nursing and ministry meet creativity and design, where energy healing flows alongside handcrafted treasures, and where community and family are at the heart of everything. 

This second act is not only about redefining my own life, but about sharing what I’ve learned along the way. My purpose is to help and to heal, to create beauty that inspires joy, and to invite others into practices that cultivate balance, resilience, and growth. 

The Gracewell Studio is more than a business; it is a sanctuary of possibility. Every Reiki session, every handcrafted piece, and every workshop carries the same intention: to uplift, to connect, and to remind us that joy can be found and created in the everyday.
